I’d save one button on the throttle or stick for left mouse click (programmed through dcs). This way when using the quest 2 once you hit the mouse key the cursor will show up and move to wherever your eyes go and allow you to click.

After that I was off to the races. Since the TARGET script for the F-15C was so good already, I just decided to copy it as best as I could for the DCS world config.
