I did T16s on a 5L (and no Glorious Vanity for that matter, but the survivability difference is noticeable there). And Doryani's Prototype is a really awesome unique; its liberating to not have to worry about managing curses/exposure/-res shenanigans. Widespread is a good notable. Disorienting display requires you to use an elemental skill (doesn't work on Phys conversion), and Doryani requires you to not only have life (No CI), but not "cap" leech.
